What is my "go-to" Pre-workout stack?

Updated: Feb 28

At the present moment, my favorite "go-to" pre-workout is a non-stimulant (no caffeine) mixture of 4 different supplements:

HMB: According to the national library of medicine, HMB has the potentiality to improve strength; body composition & muscle quality. Additionally, [the] data suggest that HMB supplementation may be an effective nutritional intervention for diminishing age-associated cognitive decline.

Beet powder: Can be a powerful dietary source to promote anti-inflammatory diseases & is well absorbed & bioavailable in humans. Personally, I also love Beet powder because it mixes really well, adds a bright "pop" of color to my drinks and tunes down any sweetness.

Creatine-Monohydrate (Cr-M): one of the best supplements to provide to athletes because it is the best form for bioavailability, efficacy & safety portfolios. Creatine is naturally occurring in the muscles & Cr-M can improve muscle mass which can improve performance & recovery. Personally, I have been taking creatine for 1-2 years at least 3 times a week and I have noticed a huge change in my body composition (more musculature) and my performance in the gym, especially on those last few reps.

Redcon1 non-stim pre-workout formula "Big Noise": I love this formula because it is completely non-stim (no caffeine), so I get a little energy boost but no jitters, crashes or funky things that may occur with too much caffeine. Also they have a ton of amazing ingredients such as: Betaine Anhydrous, L-Theanine and Carnitine.
